"SCHOLARS FOR CHANGE"

Education Innovations Bank was formed under Ravi J. Mathai Center for Educational Innovation, at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. A scholar for Change is an indispensable part of it. It aims at providing good quality digital content to government primary school children. The campaign opens bi-yearly, mostly in summer and fall. Intern from all geographies of India sends their digital projects online to the institute. After quality check and improvement, content is supplied to various schools in form of hard-copies, along with is uploaded online to be accessed through inshodh.org. Best interns are awarded with certificates and appreciation gift. Top interns are selected for on-campus internship at the institute, to take over the next round. And the process goes on.

The best part about Scholars for Change is that it bridges the gap between highly enthusiastic college students, willing to share their knowledge for a greater cause, and the school going bright minds, who still lacks the facility to avail good quality digital content. The campaign has successfully completed many of its round, and finds no argument to stop this noble cause. And young, smiling children are the reason of it being so successful. So, explore the ocean of knowledge and get a dip into it.
